While real heroes blast off to the moon today, relive the original space epic: Filmation's masterpiece, FLASH GORDON: THE GREATEST ADVENTURE OF ALL!

Produced in 1979, it was intended as a TV movie and series pilot. Upon seeing it, NBC execs immediately ordered a series. The TV movie wasn't seen until late one night in 1982.

It never aired again anywhere in the world. It was only released on home video in Japan and the UK.

There are no good prints in circulation, and the 1979 TV movie is radically different from the series.

Lost for 47 years, it has now been painstakingly remastered to 4K and 60fps by the Tales From SYL Ranch DARKROOM!

This is very much a work-in-progress. I don't usually post works-in-progress, but this is one of the very few personally-edited videos that I've made. I thought it turned out kind of nice.

Right now, the AI models used by Topaz Video aren't adequate to deal with the only crappy BUCK ROGERS prints in existence. One day soon, this will be up to the usual 4K, 60fps remaster that you've come to expect from the Tales From SYL Ranch DARKROOM!
